Nestlé USA is the world’s largest food and beverage company, committed to enhancing quality of life through food. They are seeking future leaders for their Marketing Development Program, a dynamic three-year rotational program designed to develop analytical skills, critical thinking, and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Diversity Leadership Symposium August 13-14, 2025
  • Lead in cross-functional teams, driving innovation in product development
  • Collaborate with Consumer Marketing Insights teams in support of one of our divisions
  • Work with Brand Marketing teams to develop strategies and activations for your team
  • Participate in marketing development curriculum and best-in-class courses

Qualification

Required

  • Able to participate in Diversity Leadership Symposium August 13-14, 2025
  • Bachelor’s degree completed by June 2026
  • Majors in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sales Management, Data or Business Analytics, and related fields
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and ability to utilize basic Excel functions
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to design comprehensive presentations in PowerPoint
  • Willingness to embrace change and learn quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Comfortable working in independent and team settings

Preferred

  • Previous Co-Op/Internship or other practical experience in a CPG industry preferred
  • Leadership in an extracurricular activity or organization on-campus or through professional experiences
