American Modern Insurance Group is a leader in the specialty insurance market, known for its strong relationships with agent partners. They are seeking a Summer Portfolio Management Intern to assist with various projects related to catastrophe models, data quality assurance, and tool development.

- Use catastrophe models to create output for reporting, pricing, predictive analytics, and planning
- Develop tools and models
- Participate in quarterly exposure data and assist in the quality assurance of data
Qualification
Required
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or graduate's degree
- Graduation date between December 2024 and May 2026
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
- Strong interest in the insurance industry
- Ability to work independently and in group settings
- Authorized to work in the United States of America
- Candidates must be local (Cincinnati, OH) and will work in the office at least 2 days a week
Preferred
- Math or Science are preferred
