The Summer 2027 IE / Data Analytics Intern will develop analytics and reporting solutions, support workforce and budget planning, manage parts-tracking processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvement. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support site operations and improvement initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process optimization
Support headcount planning and workforce modeling activities by providing data insights and trend analysis
Assist with parts management and tracking processes, including inventory visibility and reporting
Create and enhance training enablement tools, metrics, and reporting to support workforce development initiatives
Support budget planning activities through data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking
Build reporting solutions that help identify operational challenges, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams
Collaborate with multiple departments on business and operational development projects

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment

Preferred

Experience using SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus
