Supports assigned tasks and projects under supervision
Applies theoretical knowledge in practical workplace settings
Participates in training sessions and team discussions
Communicates progress and challenges regularly
Maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies
Gains exposure to healthcare workflows
Collaborates with team members to enhance learning
Demonstrates willingness to learn and contribute

Qualification

Required

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Nursing, or another related field
Recent graduates may also be considered, depending on the internship program
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate
Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and professional communication
Willingness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in a healthcare environment
Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
