ArchWell Health is creating a community of caring designed to help seniors stay healthy and engaged. They are seeking a Strategy Intern in Data and Analytics to create a dashboard that tracks the performance of various markets and centers, helping the strategy team identify areas of opportunity and improve financial performance.

Responsibilities

Design and build a PowerBI report which would compare the performance of AWH markets and centers to each other on multiple critical dimensions of financial performance
Write the SQL queries required to build the data view needed to build this report
Development of key metrics which may be lacking in pre-existing views of our data and performance

Qualification

Required

Ability to understand a P&L and factors that drive it
Translating financial drivers into quantifiable and actionable metrics for reporting purposes
Visualizing data in a way that allows end users to quickly and accurately draw insights from data
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in data analysis and visualization
Proficient in SQL
Has experience analyzing data and using it to make recommendations to business stakeholders
