Link Logistics is a leading operator of last-mile logistics real estate, focusing on sustainability and equitable practices. They are seeking a Research & Analytics Summer Intern to support the team in building and implementing machine learning models, while gaining valuable experience in logistics real estate through data analysis and modeling techniques.

- Collect, clean, and analyze raw and complex industry data from disparate sources to identify patterns and statistically significant signals
- Research and apply various modeling and analytical techniques to build solutions that answer key business needs and goals
- Interpret models and articulate findings into concrete measurable actions that will inform Link’s investment, operational, and strategic direction
- Provider broader analytical support to the Research & Analytics team
Qualification
Required
- Current junior (rising senior) undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution
- Pursuing a degree in statistics, economics, computer science, math, physics, or similar quantitative discipline
- Proficiency in Python and common Python data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib), SQL, and Excel
- Must currently be actively enrolled for consideration of internship
