Ericsson is seeking a technically curious intern or co-op student to support its AI and digital transformation journey. The role focuses on developing AI-powered PMO solutions, automating reporting, building dashboards and project intelligence tools, and analyzing project data to improve decision-making across radio product development projects.

Responsibilities

Develop AI-powered solutions to automate PMO processes and reporting
Build dashboards, analytics, and project intelligence tools using enterprise data
Create proof-of-concepts using Microsoft Copilot, KIRO, Generative AI, and automation technologies
Develop scripts, applications, and integrations that improve project execution and decision making
Support digital transformation initiatives involving JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and KIRO
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Qualification

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, AI, or a related discipline
Programming experience in Python, Java, C/C++, or JavaScript
Knowledge of data analytics, software development, and machine learning fundamentals
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Passion for AI, automation, and continuous improvement

Preferred

Experience with AI/ML projects, data analytics, or dashboard development
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Azure AI, Power Automate, JIRA, SQL, or Git
Experience developing web applications, automation tools, or data pipelines
