Light & Wonder is a company focused on land-based gaming technology and products. They are seeking mathematically driven individuals for their Math Internship program to help the math team utilize a data-driven approach to game design.

- Support the math design team in creative decision making by developing tools and datasets that help analyze game math attributes across various game design studios
- Work with other mathematicians to leverage AI to create sophisticated tools for analyzing complex mathematical game math models
Qualification
Required
- Proficient in mathematics, especially probability and statistics
- Experience in Excel, especially in the use of linking and formulas to dynamically calculate probabilities and describe complicated probabilistic events
- Programming skills in C++, Python, or any similar languages
- Experience using AI
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong creativity and imagination
Preferred
- Preferably enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program pursuing a degree in mathematics, combinatorics, statistics, or any related field
