Responsibilities

Review initial data analysis readouts to identify specific, manageable categories of corrupted, duplicate, or incomplete Salesforce data
Interview business stakeholders and data owners across departments to understand data origins and operational context
Assist in translating high-level data analysis readouts into actionable remediation project plans
Help develop a prioritization matrix to determine which data buckets require immediate cleanup versus long-term monitoring based on business impact
Utilize Excel and Salesforce data tools to clean, standardize, and validate prioritized data sets
Experiment with approved AI tools and advanced Excel techniques for data manipulation, audit trails, and quality tracking
Maintain an audit log and status dashboard of cleanup progress to present to PMO leadership

Qualification

Required

Strong data curiosity with a desire to investigate and solve complex data problems
Proficiency with Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, and text formulas)
High level of organization and detail orientation, with the ability to structure messy data into logical categories
