Responsibilities

Create, design, modify, and optimize WebI reports for efficient report generation
Implement formulas, variables, and advanced calculations to enhance report functionality
Develop Python-based analytics workflows to process and analyze large datasets (sales bookings, licensing data, usage data, etc.)
Apply AI and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in business data
Build interactive dashboards and analytics applications using modern tools (e.g., Plotly Dash, Streamlit, or similar frameworks)
Implement data exploration tools powered by LLMs to enable natural language queries on business datasets
Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting needs
Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies, report errors, and performance issues
Collaborate with the BI team, database administrators, and business users to enhance reporting capabilities
Analyze macro-economic indicators & trends (PESTEL)
Identify trends, market drivers, and new market segments for growth
Support strategic initiatives and team projects

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Strong Python programming skills for data analysis and automation
Experience with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy)
Experience with data visualization tools (Plotly, Dash, Streamlit, Power BI, or similar)
Familiarity with machine learning or AI frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with SQL and working with large datasets
Strong knowledge and proven experience with SAP Web Intelligence (WebI)
Ability to design interactive and dynamic dashboards
Ability to work independently, within a collaborative team structure, and across business groups
Ability to adapt to changing work and project requirements
Highly organized with critical attention to details
Highly skilled with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Data analytics experience
