Responsibilities

Data Collection & Preparation
Ingest, clean, and preprocess large-scale datasets, including flight logs, network performance metrics, and operational data
Parse structured and unstructured data sources to ensure data quality, consistency, and usability
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, anomalies, and correlations
Predictive Modeling & Analytics
Develop and validate predictive models (e.g., network latency, throughput performance, service degradation)
Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and detect performance issues
Continuously improving model accuracy through feature engineering and tuning
Performance Optimization & Data Visualization
Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for engineering and business teams
Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field
Experience working with large datasets and data processing tools
Foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and their real-world applications
Programming: Python, R, SQL
Data manipulation and analysis: Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries
Data visualization: Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

Preferred

Machine learning frameworks: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or equivalent
Familiarity with AI and its applications is a plus
Exposure to cloud platforms or data engineering concepts is a plus
Knowledge or interest in satellite communications, aviation, or telecom industries is a strong advantage
