Responsibilities

Analyzing product availability and customer performance trends to help identify improvement opportunities and support decision‑making across the full operational flow
Identifying operational inefficiencies and supporting corrective actions, contributing to progress tracking and helping teams improve performance
Helping improve ordering and delivery processes by identifying friction points, simplifying workflows, and recommending practical enhancements that strengthen the customer logistics experience
Developing a consolidated view of logistics and delivery performance, highlighting cost, efficiency, or service drivers across the warehouse‑to‑customer chain
Improving visibility and communication between the 3PL warehouse and customer order teams to prevent capacity bottlenecks, ensure smoother planning, and support proactive decision‑making
Participating in the implementation or optimization of logistics processes, working with internal teams and external partners to support seamless operations
Contributing to the daily management of logistics operations, including operational follow‑ups, issue resolution, routine tasks, and coordination with distribution centers

Qualification

Required

Student in logistics, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field
Comfortable using Excel and interested in data analysis (knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is an asset but not required)
Strong interest in supply chain and process improvement
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
Functional bilingualism in French and English
