They are seeking an intern to contribute to the development of a platform for engineering simulations, enhancing statistical analysis capabilities through clustering techniques and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of Ansys Dynamic Reporting (ADR), a cutting-edge platform used to collect, aggregate, and process data from engineering simulations
Implement and integrate clustering analysis techniques into the reporting engine to enhance statistical analysis capabilities
Help engineers interpret large parametric studies by identifying trends, patterns, and groups of similar results through advanced data analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate report generation and improve the overall functionality of the platform
Write clean, efficient Python code and utilize Git for version control while working on real-world engineering challenges
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Git version control
Solid understanding of statistical analysis fundamentals, particularly clustering analysis techniques
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with JavaScript
