The FP&A Intern will support the Global FP&A team’s finance transformation initiative, including OneStream implementation and post-go-live activities. The role involves data validation, report and template testing, discrepancy resolution, insight synthesis, and user training.

Responsibilities

Contribute to OneStream go-live readiness through data validation and system tie-outs
Support development and testing of OneStream templates and reports
Investigate and help resolve data discrepancies and mapping issues
Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations for FP&A stakeholders
Partner with FP&A teams to train users and support adoption of templates and reports

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with, validate, and reconcile financial data
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis

Preferred

familiarity with finance systems (e.g., OneStream), reporting tools, or AI/automation tools
Exposure to OneStream or similar EPM systems through coursework, internships, or projects
Experience working on data validation, reconciliation, or financial analysis projects
Interest in finance transformation or systems implementation, including use of emerging tools (e.g., Copilot or automation tools)
