They are seeking a Data Scientist Intern to contribute to the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of a large-scale content syndication and learning management system, while also creating AI tutorials and demos for a global audience.

Responsibilities

Work on the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of a large-scale content syndication and learning management system
Create AI tutorials and demos aimed at millions of developers worldwide
Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to assess their potential impact on solution design and implementation
Build interesting projects with AI, then teach others how to do the same

Qualification

Required

Python or similar language
Basic JavaScript familiarity
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Conversant about AI technology, the latest industry trends and how it is being applied to address business challenges
Possess verbal, written, and interpersonal skills that are engaging and compelling
Must be eligible to work 16 months starting in September
It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and return to full-time studies upon completion of the work-term

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras or Hugging Face
Understanding in the usage of libraries such as SciKit Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc
