Responsibilities

Transform complex data sets into meaningful conclusions and recommendations
Complete high-quality coding and leverage commonly used packages & libraries to perform assigned technical tasks assign other assigned technical tasks
Gain experience working with various types of data, including geomatics, telematics, textual data, and image data
Technical skills: Python, NLP/LLM

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a field related to data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or any other related field
Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Fall 2026 Term (September to December)
Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in Winter 2027 semester following your internship
No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada
Experience in data science, machine learning, or deep learning
At least one previous internship in a similar or related role
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning
Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology
Self-reliant with a strong sense of responsibility
