Responsibilities

Understanding user & item interests using statistical methods.
Building user clustering and communities based on LLM labeling and understanding abilities.
Coverting communities discovery results into algorithm strategy suggestions.

Qualification

Required

Good math/Data Science foundations on stats.
Coding skills in python and sqls.
Basic knowledge regarding clustering or community-discovering algorithm.
Large Language Model Application Experiences.

Preferred

Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, or R, and foundational knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Think-Cell.
Business-level English proficiency with strong verbal and written skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and present findings to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive results.
Being a loyal user of Douyin, Reds, Reddits, or Discord etc.
