International Justice Mission (IJM) is a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression. They are seeking a Data Science Intern to support various initiatives executed by the Global Measurement Team, helping to identify opportunities where data can drive greater impact.

- Support developing software processes for automating data clean up in research datasets;
- Support executing data trainings, workshops, and brainstorm sessions;
- Working with data from multiple internal and external data sources;
- Conducting surveys on AI-use;
- Participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support.
Qualification
Required
- Bachelor's degree must be in progress for DC/Remote Internships and applicants need to have completed at least two years of undergraduate study.
- Experience in community engagement.
- Experience with project management and administrative support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mature orthodox Christian faith.
