They are seeking a Data Science Intern to support the Software Development and Analytics team in developing AI-based software assistants and optimizing user interactions with these tools.

- Utilize AI tools to turn software documentation into structured knowledge bases that are easily accessible to LLMs
- Design and optimize query prompts to align AI assistant actions to user intent
- Present data from capstone project to a broad audience
Qualification
Required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Bioinformatics or related field
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Experience coding in Python
- Experience working with any Cloud platform preferably AWS
- 3.0 Minimum GPA
- Rising Juniors, Seniors, and Masters Students
- Be willing to make a full-time commitment of 40 hours a week for 9 weeks from June 15 to August 14, 2026
Preferred
- Experience with prompt and context engineering is a plus
- Experience with LLM-based coding tools is a plus
