Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Intern to support cost-reduction and IT performance analytics initiatives. The role focuses on sourcing, integrating, and analyzing operational data to improve cost visibility and reduce manual reporting while delivering immediate operational value.

- Source and normalize operational data from multiple enterprise systems
- Integrate labor, ticket, and application data to support cost attribution
- Develop analytics dashboards to support cost reduction initiatives
- Create standardized scorecards to track cost reduction progress
- Build and maintain IT service performance dashboards
- Automate recurring data refresh and reporting processes
- Document data definitions, assumptions, and analytics logic
Qualification
Required
- Bachelor's degree required Currently enrolled toward a degree
- Strong PC skills (Windows, MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel) intermediate required
- Power BI – data models, measures, dashboards
- Alteryx – data preparation, transformation, workflows
- Power Automate – automation of recurring processes
- SharePoint – data storage and documentation
- API-based data extraction (API Gateway, logs)
- General database skills – queries, joins, formulas, transformations
