Responsibilities

Participate in internship program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects
Support nCino KPI development, helping measure operational performance, user adoption, and efficiency across the Commercial Banking platform
Assist with prospecting data analysis, including segmentation, lead prioritization, pipeline trends, and data quality evaluation
Conduct market and internal data research to identify patterns, support strategic decisions, and improve business processes
Build dashboards, summaries, and data visualizations to communicate insights to product managers, analysts, and business leaders
Prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualification

Required

Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; Rising Senior graduating in 2027
3.4 GPA preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
Complete mandatory new hire compliance training and New Employee Orientation
Ability to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports
The role requires extended time using a computer, which can be accommodated by sitting or standing at an appropriate desk
