The Commercial Customer Experience (CX) Analytics Intern will support the commercial analytics team by designing and evaluating A/B tests, reporting on customer experience initiatives, and visualizing results to improve customer experience effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Query and analyze data to provide insights into customer experience performance, preparing regular reports and presentations summarizing findings.
  • Support the development and enhancement of Tableau dashboards for optimal user experience. Ensure customer experience teams can easily access and interpret performance metrics.
  • Design and evaluate customer experience A/B tests to improve operational metrics and customer satisfaction
  • Identify growth opportunities by assessing customer experience team performance against key benchmarks and recommending areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CX and commercial analytics, to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and generate insights for improvement.
  • Display effective communication skills to convey analysis results and recommendations to the customer experience and analytics teams.
  • Display unwavering attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Support the development of user guides and documentation for dashboards to assist in user inquiries and dashboard troubleshooting.
  • Exercise the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment, showing flexibility and initiative.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree program, preferably in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or an MBA program with a focus on marketing or sales.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Experience with Python programming for data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel (for data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting), PowerPoint (for creating presentations), Word (for documentation), and Outlook (for communication and calendar management).
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred

  • Experience with Tableau for visualizing performance data.
  • Previous internship or project experience in sales analytics, marketing, or commercial operations.
  • Experience or coursework in predictive modeling or advanced analytics for customer experience data.
  • Understanding of SQL and Python for data querying and analysis.
