Contributing to prototype development or analysis pipelines
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated undergraduate research assistant
Strong interdisciplinary interests in data science and artificial intelligence
Foundational experience in programming (e.g., Python)
Experience in data analysis
Experience in machine learning
Curiosity about applying computational methods to diverse domains such as biology, psychology, and medicine
Prior research experience
One or more peer-reviewed publications
Planning to enroll in the Penn State Ph.D. in Informatics program this Fall semester
Ability to work closely with faculty and graduate students on cutting-edge research
Opportunity for authorship on academic publications
Research responsibilities may include data preprocessing, literature reviews, running experiments, and contributing to prototype development or analysis pipelines
