Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Strategy Support: Dive into sustainability-related operational data to uncover insights, supporting our data strategy and contributing to the Carbon Council and broader Global Sustainability initiatives
Data Discovery & Pipeline Assistance: Assist in the development of data pipelines to streamline our analytics processes
Reporting & Dashboard Development: Create, automate, and maintain various reports and dashboards, having ownership of both front-end and back-end responsibilities
Script Evaluation & Improvement: Assess current scripts for efficiency and accuracy, offering recommendations for enhancements to optimize performance
Documentation: Thoroughly document all existing scripts, workflows, and data structures, ensuring clarity and accessibility for both technical and non-technical team members

Qualification

Required

Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution
At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale
Must be able to work on a full-time basis for 3 alternating semesters: Summer 2026, Spring 2027, Fall 2027
This position requires student to work for 3 alternating semesters. Student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op/Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters
Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the Co-op
Proficiency in any scripting programming language (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is required
Experience with SQL or Database querying tools to include ETL and functional knowledge of data modeling is required
Experience with Tableau/Power BI is required
Experience with common python data libraries
Experience with Alteryx
Proficiency in basic data analytics
Strong computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft office suite
Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels
Ability to work well in teams
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
