Responsibilities

  • DNA provides data/reports/information/tools which will be used by the planners so they can plan their markets effectively
  • DNA helps creates presentations on this time period which will be used in executive meetings

Qualification

Required

  • Domestic Network Analysis (DNA) works heavily within Excel - a strong understanding of this application is critical
  • Motivation for self-education to expand Excel skills is desired
  • Confident in PowerPoint and presentation creation
  • Executive decks are built regularly
  • Attention to detail
  • DNA provides a high standard of work which has allowed others to trust our outputs; released mistakes and errors could end up driving incorrect decisions or be included in executive decks
  • Innovative Mindset - the ability to create novel solutions to problems
  • The ability to learn rapidly and tailor what is learned across different situations
  • Understanding of databases and how querying works
  • Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at a four-year accredited institution
  • Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
  • Expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or later
  • Available to work full-time for three alternating semesters: Summer 2026, Spring 2027, and Fall 2027
  • This co-op requires full-time commitment during work terms; students cannot take courses (online or in-person) while participating, which may extend graduation by 1–2 semesters
  • Must be able to work onsite at Delta's Atlanta, GA headquarters for the duration of the program
  • Participation in this co-op does not guarantee a full-time position upon graduation; the role is designed to provide valuable educational and professional experience to prepare students for future careers
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

  • Preferred majors: Business, Information Systems, Economics, Aviation related
