Qualification
Required
Domestic Network Analysis (DNA) works heavily within Excel - a strong understanding of this application is critical
Motivation for self-education to expand Excel skills is desired
Confident in PowerPoint and presentation creation
Executive decks are built regularly
Attention to detail
DNA provides a high standard of work which has allowed others to trust our outputs; released mistakes and errors could end up driving incorrect decisions or be included in executive decks
Innovative Mindset - the ability to create novel solutions to problems
The ability to learn rapidly and tailor what is learned across different situations
Understanding of databases and how querying works
Must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at a four-year accredited institution
Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
Expected graduation date of Fall 2027 or later
Available to work full-time for three alternating semesters: Summer 2026, Spring 2027, and Fall 2027
This co-op requires full-time commitment during work terms; students cannot take courses (online or in-person) while participating, which may extend graduation by 1–2 semesters
Must be able to work onsite at Delta's Atlanta, GA headquarters for the duration of the program
Participation in this co-op does not guarantee a full-time position upon graduation; the role is designed to provide valuable educational and professional experience to prepare students for future careers
