They are seeking a Business Solutions & Data Analytics Intern to support their BSDA team by driving data-informed decision-making and gaining hands-on experience with modern data tools and technologies.

- Support development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver insights to business stakeholders
- Assist in writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various systems
- Utilize Python (or similar tools) to perform data analysis, automation, and data preparation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Help clean, validate, and organize large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist in exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to ongoing projects related to data modeling, reporting enhancement, and process improvement
- Support the evaluation and application of emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve business efficiency and decision-making
- Document processes, workflows, and solutions to support knowledge sharing across the team
Qualification
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python and SQL required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high levels of data accuracy
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them in a business environment, including AI-related tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
