OneMain Financial is seeking exceptional undergraduate or graduate students to join their Associate Analyst Internship Program. In this 10-week paid internship, you will apply your creativity and critical thinking to develop real-world use cases in consumer finance analytics.

Qualification
Required
- Current undergraduate or graduate student actively enrolled in an analytic degree program discipline (examples: Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Biostatistics, Physics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Analysis, Computer Science) with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics and concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Innovative and capable of developing creative solutions to complex, data-driven problems.
- Proven experience (in an academic, athletic, volunteer, or employment context) working with teams of diverse individuals to deliver complex projects.
Preferred
- Strong analytic, strategic thinking, communications, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate curiosity, creative problem solving, integrative business thinking, teamwork, and bias for action.
- Enthusiastic learners who want to tackle real-world challenges.
