Takeda is a pharmaceutical company that focuses on AI/ML development for R&D. The Machine Learning Pipeline Development Intern will build scalable model evaluation pipelines and collaborate with technology partners and business stakeholders to support drug discovery efforts.

- Interface with various groups to understand modeling and evaluation needs.
- Develop model evaluation pipelines that can be applied to a diverse set of problems.
Qualification
Required
- Pursuing a bachelors degree in related field
- A strong foundational knowledge in software engineering.
- A base knowledge of ML development and evaluation pipelines.
- Experience curating, managing, and manipulating data.
- Comfortability with python.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about a diverse range of problems
- Ability to be on-site in Cambridge at least 2 days a week.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
- Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later
- The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
