Takeda is a pharmaceutical company that focuses on AI/ML development for R&D. The Machine Learning Pipeline Development Intern will build scalable model evaluation pipelines and collaborate with technology partners and business stakeholders to support drug discovery efforts.
Interface with various groups to understand modeling and evaluation needs.
Develop model evaluation pipelines that can be applied to a diverse set of problems.
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelors degree in related field
A strong foundational knowledge in software engineering.
A base knowledge of ML development and evaluation pipelines.
Experience curating, managing, and manipulating data.
Comfortability with python.
Curiosity and willingness to learn about a diverse range of problems
Ability to be on-site in Cambridge at least 2 days a week.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later
The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames
Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
