Responsibilities

Design and develop Power BI dashboards to visualize retail data and provide actionable insights for the Customer Strategy team
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective digital tools
Support automation and optimization initiatives by leveraging coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL) where applicable
Document processes and create user guides for tools developed during the internship

Qualification

Required

Students graduating with BS/BA in 2027 or 2028
Strong interest in data analytics, coding, and digital tools; experience with Power BI or similar platforms is a plus
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize projects under deadlines
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverable, with support from our team
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a bonus
