Responsibilities

Contribute to assigned project and enhance AI based skillset
Work with the other developers in the team to design AI algorithms, create dataset and models
Follow best practices and development guidance and document work
Present incremental progress to management
Finalize overall project outcome and present to larger audience across Zebra
Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
Increase technology knowledge and skills, especially as it relates to Zebra’s product portfolio
Manage team-based work assignments
Practice interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow-up activities

Qualification

Required

Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Computer Science or Data Science (Specialization in Artificial Intelligence preferred)
Must have an anticipated graduation date between May 2026 - 2027
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
Good written and verbal communication skills to document processes and collaborate with team members effectively
Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies related to AI and software development
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
Effective verbal and written communication skills
