Takeda is a pharmaceutical company that focuses on innovative solutions in the manufacturing sector. The Data Digital & Technology (DD&T) Intern will assist in various data-related tasks to improve operational efficiencies and support compliance with industry regulations.

- Help collect, clean, and organize data from manufacturing systems
- Support compliance with industry regulations like GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11
- Assist in using digital tools to improve daily operations and data tracking
- Automate simple tasks using tools like Python or Power Automate
- Create basic dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Power Automate
- Help write or update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualification
Required
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business Analyst related discipline (ex. Computer Science, Management Information Systems)
- Basic understanding of VB Script or Java Script
- Familiarity with Python or SQL
- Knowledge of Data visualization tools like Power automate, Power BI and Excel
- Basic understanding of AI tools and their applications in business
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering
- Highly reliable and strong team player
- Flexible with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and organized, especially in documentation and reporting
- Good communication skills especially when working with non-IT departments
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
- Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
