Royal Caribbean Group is offering a 10-week internship program designed to cultivate future leaders in the cruise and travel industry. Interns will work in Business Analytics, leveraging data insights to drive strategic decision-making and contribute to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.
Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and enhanced guest experiences.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and corporate planning.
Develop predictive models, performance dashboards, and actionable reports to support initiatives like optimizing private destination offerings, streamlining sales channels internationally, and guiding the strategic planning of new ships.
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or field of study with expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
Preferred
Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred
