Roche is a leading company in biotechnology, and they are seeking a Summer Intern for their Learning & Skill Development organization. The intern will assist in designing and implementing data analytics tools, contribute to the development of analytic products, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements.
Assist in designing and implementing data analytics tools under the guidance of senior team members
Contribute to the development and maintenance of analytic products
Collaborate with stakeholders, gather data requirements, and share preliminary insights
Utilize statistical tools to identify trends and patterns in datasets
Maintain accurate records of findings and participate in team discussions to share insights
Qualification
Required
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree or must have attained a Bachelor's degree (recent graduates not currently enrolled in a grad program)
Must be pursuing a Master's degree or must have attained a Master's degree
Must be pursuing a PhD or must have attained a PhD (Please note these candidates are NOT eligible for an internship in Research Biology, Drug Discovery, or DevSci)
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
Experience in data manipulation and analysis
Familiarity with data cleaning and processing techniques
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
