Responsibilities

  • Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2026
  • Be majoring in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Software) or Computer Science
  • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2026
  • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
  • Familiarity with C# or LabView coding languages
  • Familiarity with .NET Frameworks (basic understanding of classes, collections, and exception handling)
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and debugging tools

Qualification

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS office, C# or LabView Coding Languages
  • Experience with lasers and optics
  • Experience interfacing software with test hardware
  • Ability to troubleshoot code or hardware-software integration issues
