They are seeking a 2026 Business Technology Solutions Intern in Data Engineering to work in a collaborative environment, helping to design and build data-centric solutions that educate physicians on AbbVie’s products.

- Work collaboratively as part of an Agile team with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Marketing, and other business functions.
- Imagine, design, build, and enhance data models.
- On-board, consolidate, cleanse, and structure data for efficient use in reports and analytical applications.
Qualification
Required
- Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering or other related field
- Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
- Programming Languages: Java or Python
Preferred
- Exposure to database and programming
- Java, Python, R, and SQL.
- Ability to understand and apply data lake and relational database concepts.
- Ability to learn and work with cloud, based technologies like AWS, SnowFlake, Informatica
