As an Analytics intern, you will contribute to various departments such as Sales, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, gaining real exposure to how an Analytics and Data Science Organization operates in a large global company.
Interns will be assigned to a department based on the candidate's background and skill set.
The assignments are project-oriented, meaningful to the department and allow the intern to provide valuable contributions.
Interns experience a sense of personal accomplishment and learn about the corporate business culture through work assignments, structured activities, and exclusive intern networking events.
Interns that demonstrate outstanding qualities may be invited back for a return internship the following summer or may be considered for full-time positions.
Within Analytics you will enjoy the opportunity to work closely with Sales, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing business units to tackle some of the most challenging issues facing the automotive industry.
You will also gain real exposure to how an Analytics and Data Science Organization works at a large global company.
As an Analytics intern, you will work in one of the following areas: Data Science & Machine Learning (Customer, Commercial & Industrial Business Areas), Digital Analytics (Media, CRM, Website), Analysis and Intelligence Analyst (Insights Generation / Data Visualization).
Placement based on interest, technical skill and background, and business / project needs.
Qualification
Required
Pursuing an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship
Preferred
Majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Math/Statistics, Information Technology, or related field
Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2026
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations.
Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry and digital trends
Knowledge or experience in agile working methods
Working experience solving complex problems
