The internship program provides hands-on experience in various departments including Data Analytics, E-commerce, Audience Growth, and Label Operations, aiming to support commercial efforts and enhance fan engagement.
Responsibilities
Special projects to enhance current dashboards.
Support with multi varied analysis in accordance to the team needs.
Weekly consumption reports.
Collecting, cleaning and design of useful dashboards for the team.
Documentation and maintenance of current reports.
Collaboration with all departments within the organization as needed.
Professional presentations in cases where it’s needed by the team.
Sample Management and shipment.
Product set up sheets.
Update marketing calendars, merchandise directory and other department records.
Linkfire docs - resizing images, preparing links, etc.
Market research on artist merchandising and marketing.
Assist in creating, scheduling, and analyzing social media content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Work closely with the team on content calendars, helping to brainstorm ideas, gather assets, and organize release schedules to maximize engagement for key campaigns.
Support the setup and monitoring of paid media initiatives, learning how to optimize ads and report on key performance metrics.
Help identify influencers that align with our artists’ audiences, assist with outreach, and track campaign impact.
Assist with audience data analysis and CRM initiatives, such as preparing fan newsletters or direct-to-fan campaigns that deepen audience relationships.
Oversee the coordinates and oversees all operations at a record label, from product management and sales to marketing and A&R.
Work with the Label Operations VP to maintain effective delivery of products & be on top of marketing and commercial campaigns.
Maintaining our release schedule.
Creation and implementation of catalog strategies.
Inputting release info on various pitching tools.
Content creation ideas.
Search of new trends.
Tracking process of priority releases.
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
Graduating between Spring 2025 - Fall 2027
Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing accommodations)
Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)
Knowledge on SQL for data analysis
Advanced MS Office skills
Programming language such as: Python, c++
High level of integrity
Discretion in handling confidential information
Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company
A 'can-do' attitude
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and efficiency
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Fluent in Spanish

Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with an eye for trends and emerging content styles that resonate with music fans
Content Creation: Skills in writing, basic graphic design, or video editing would be beneficial for supporting content creation
Analytical Mindset: Comfort with data analysis and tools like Excel or social media analytics
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate across teams and interact with influencers and fans authentically
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, campaign assets, and project timelines effectively
Passion for Music and Culture: A deep interest in the music industry, especially within the U.S. Hispanic market, and enthusiasm for connecting artists with diverse audiences
Presentation tools (PPT, CANVA, Others a Must)
Organization skills are a must
Be able to oversee multiple projects and be able to provide insights on information
Bilingual: Spanish

Preferred
Experience with photoshop preferred but not required
Some interest and knowledge in the Latin music space
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, premiere)
