This internship involves gathering and organizing data, analyzing retail real estate data, and preparing reports and visualizations.
Responsibilities
Gather and organize data from internal and third-party sources
Analyze retail real estate data using Python and Microsoft Excel (e.g., store performance, sales trends, demographics)
Prepare clear, easy-to-understand reports and visualizations
Support recurring and ad-hoc projects, such as evaluating retailer performance or identifying market trends
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a business oriented major
Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems
Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis tasks
Basic knowledge of SQL for running simple queries and extracting data
