State Street is a global leader in investment management, and they are seeking an IT Strategy and Change Analyst Intern to contribute to their Global Technology Services organization. The role involves developing presentations, analyzing data for user needs, collaborating on cloud-based tools, and supporting change management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver clear, visually engaging presentations and documentation to support decision-making and communicate technology strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities for improving desktop, mobile, and application experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and evaluate emerging cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools, providing feedback and insights.
Translate technical concepts into user-friendly language to support business users in understanding and adopting new technologies.
Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and communication materials that support change management and technology adoption.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying pain points in the end-user experience and proposing actionable solutions.
Qualification
Required
Final-year undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Technology, and/or Business, or related technical disciplines who are interested in converting to a full-time role post-graduation
Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization
Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement
Motivated by real-world problem solving and eager to contribute innovative ideas
Working knowledge of Presentation Design
Working knowledge of Business Requirements Documentation
Working knowledge of Communication
Working knowledge of Data Analytics
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Proactive Problem Solving
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
