The HR Compensation Intern will gain hands-on experience in systems analysis, data management, and application development while working on the Job Requisition and Job Library Project utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of the Job Requisition and Job Library Project utilizing Power Apps
Build, test, and optimize automated workflows for the job requisition process using Power Automate
Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to track project metrics and job library data
Collaborate with the project team to gather, analyze, and document technical and business requirements
Support data migration, data cleansing, and system integration tasks to ensure accurate job requisition workflows
Participate in regular project meetings and provide consistent progress updates to project leadership
Help troubleshoot technical issues, debug system errors, and optimize application performance
Create and maintain clear technical documentation and user guides for the newly developed systems
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, majoring in Computer Science or Information Systems
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is required
Strong foundational knowledge of software development lifecycles, database management (e.g., SQL), and systems analysis
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Must be able to commute to and work onsite at the NJ HQ
