Enterprise Quality - 2025 Co-op and Summer Internship

Johnson & Johnson develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods. They are seeking motivated sophomores, juniors, and rising seniors for their Enterprise Quality Co-op and Summer Internship program, where interns will gain hands-on experience in analyzing business data and supporting decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions by building out product backlogs in the form of user stories.
  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis from various sources such as databases, APIs, and spreadsheets.
  • Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns, correlations, and insights in business data.
  • Develop visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate data findings to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in analyzing data to support business decisions and pivotal initiatives.
  • Work closely with various departments, including QA-Ops, JJRC, finance and operations to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

Qualification

Required

  • Enrollment (not necessarily taking classes) in an accredited college/university during the Co-op/Internship
  • Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework
  • Be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in science, communications, regulatory compliance, quality, finance, data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or technology related field
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis tools: Python, R, or SQL
  • Ability to clearly present data findings and interpretations to both technical and non-technical partners
  • Ability to break down challenging problems into manageable components and derive actionable insights
  • Understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data distributions
  • Ability to work through challenges logically and deliver solutions efficiently
  • By start date, student must be considered an undergraduate sophomore or above
  • Master’s students must have earned undergraduate degree on or after May 2024
  • Ability to provide their own transportation to this location and to/from work every day
  • Ability to work full time (40 hours a week) for the whole term. Planned dates of May 19 - August 15, 2025
  • Commit to a May 2025 internship start date

Preferred

  • Proven leadership and/or participation in campus/community service activities
