The Walt Disney Company is seeking interns for their innovative summer internship program designed to provide unique opportunities for professional growth. As a Disney Vacation Club Strategy and Analytics intern, you will support strategic projects, develop key skills, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals within the Disney Signature Experiences businesses.
Responsibilities
Focus previous experiences on strategic and analytical related work
Work on a project that will impact the business
Develop key technical, communication and leadership skills
Receive mentorship from peers and senior leaders and have the opportunity to connect with leaders in other parts of the business
Qualification
Required
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Experience with Tableau and SQL
Project Management skills
A passion for analyzing data and solving complex problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
A self-starter mindset, are comfortable with ambiguity and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must be a junior (rising senior during summer 2026) enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program.
Currently enrolled in a college or university, working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available from Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Must be fully available for the duration of the internship
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area
