The Walt Disney Company is looking for a Platform Distribution Operations Intern for Summer 2026. This role involves supporting the distribution of products and services, collaborating with various teams, and gaining hands-on experience in content distribution operations.
Responsibilities
Facilitate the monetization of TWDC content through accurate creation and timely delivery of product availability windows (or “product avails”) to domestic and global transactional partners
Be responsible for multiple facets of transactional avails including but not limited to aggregating and securing information, data entry and validating distribution rights, creation and publication of avails, and interfacing with production, transactional partners, technology teams and vendors
Identify and present potential AI solutions into current business processes
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to complete assignments and projects efficiently
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship, June 2026 – August 2026
Fully available from Monday – Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Burbank, CA area
Preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or other related major preferred
