Apex is a growth-focused environmental consulting and engineering firm seeking a motivated Data Migration Analyst Intern. The role involves supporting data migration tasks, conducting data quality analyses, and collaborating with teams to ensure accurate data handling.
Responsibilities
Perform data migration tasks for the Verdant System across multiple customer projects.
Learn and apply proprietary system tools through comprehensive training provided at onboarding.
Conduct data quality and gap analyses to assist clients in maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
Support a major document migration and gap analysis initiative for a key account.
Participate in internal team meetings, client sessions, and prospect discussions - as appropriate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data handling.
Qualification
Required
Must be entering the senior year of college (Class of 2025) or having graduated, preferably majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or a related field.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat DC.
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Mid-level experience with Microsoft SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred
Exposure to or experience in a software firm or tech-focused organization.
