Atlantic Union Bank is offering a Diversity Summer Internship program aimed at local diverse students to gain practical work experience in the financial industry. The Business Line Intelligence Intern will assist the BLI team with reporting and analysis requests while gaining exposure to real-world business problems through data.
Responsibilities
Shadow Business Line Intelligence teams on projects
Work on small analysis projects as a group and individually
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years' old
Currently working on degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or other technical discipline
Previous classwork exposure to simple database querying
Current enrollment in an accredited college or university is required, and Students must be undergraduates entering their junior or senior year or currently pursuing a graduate level degree
Must be available to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday
Must submit a resume and cover letter highlighting accomplishments, professional and academic goals, and expectations of this internship position
Submission of transcripts and two professional or academic references
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
Must be able to function well with indirect supervision
