They are seeking a 2025 Summer High School Intern in Information Technology to assist in various disciplines within their Product Support and Logistics Division, focusing on data management, infrastructure monitoring, and project support.
Responsibilities
Working with data warehouse and reporting tools such as PowerBI
Retrieving and analyzing data via snowflake and snaplogic
Updating and writing queries against snowflake tables
User/Authorization Support – providing data access to customers.
Working with customers (internal and external) and executing with a sense of urgency.
Demonstrating initiative with willingness to take ownership and accountability.
Infrastructure monitoring / alert management – Configure alerts in multiple infrastructure monitoring tools, leveraging data analytics and AI for proactive monitoring
Python Development – leverage Python to create/modify scripts to automate alert data retrieval and send to event management tool via REST API
Assist with miscellaneous day to day activities including, but not limited to inventory assessment, hardware lifecycle management, inventory organization, and hardware installation.
Maintain MS forms and lists related to team processes and procedures
Manage email communications with excellent customer service skills
Review/Update PMO checklist working with the Project Manager’s.
Support project managers with any test data readiness and test monitoring help.
Assist in Control meetings and Stakeholder update meetings.
Working with data warehouse and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau

Salesforce Profile and Permission Set Auditing
Salesforce User Data Cleanup
Salesforce Data Ownership/Classification

Qualification
Required
Must be a current high school junior or senior.
Minimum 3.0/4.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average
Must be within a commutable driving distance to the Morton, IL facility.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (includes Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
Preferred
Experience with Artificial Intelligence
Knowledge of programming concepts and understanding of logic (such as SQL queries, REST API, Python, VS Code, C#, DB2, Snowflake)
Must have taken a general programming or related class.
