S&P Global Market Intelligence is a leading provider of tax software and solutions. The role offers a dynamic 10-week summer training program focusing on tax operations, client satisfaction analytics, and professional development in client services.
Responsibilities
Ability to conduct independent analysis and research, showing initiative and resourcefulness
Conduct analytics on client metrics and prepare reports to help the team understand service performance and client satisfaction trends
Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Procut Specialist team to ensure documentation reflects current best practices
Learn and utilize Salesforce CRM, Tableau and Jira ticketing systems to support case management and client relationship tracking
Partner with senior team members on high-impact projects that provide hands-on experience in client success methodologies and process optimization
Participate in networking opportunities and tailored learning programs designed to accelerate professional development in client services
Qualification
Required
Fully matriculated students with anticipated undergraduate graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
All majors welcome; Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, majors preferred
The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented and task driven with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment along with a big team and should also be able to contribute on an individual basis and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate effectively with onshore team and have an excellent client service ethos
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week
