They are seeking an Actuarial Intern to assist in implementing and maintaining actuarial models, analyzing data, and enhancing processes while gaining valuable knowledge in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing and/or maintaining actuarial models
Manipulate, summarize, and/or analyze large amounts of data
Assist in developing, enhancing, and automating processes
Coordinate and communicate with other RGA departments
Qualification
Required
Progress toward completion of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Math, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or related field
Intermediate PC and technical skills
Must be flexible and adaptable to change
Takes initiative and is accountable
Ability to multitask
Ability to balance detail with department goals and objectives
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Complex analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and participate in department projects
Preferred
A1 Actuarial Exams preferred for internship positions
