Realty Income Corporation is a publicly-traded global real estate investment trust offering an internship program aimed at empowering students and fostering professional growth. As an Investment Management Intern, you will support the investment team by contributing to performance analysis, portfolio monitoring, and collaborating with various departments to ensure data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Supporting the analysis of performance metrics and preparing internal and external reports, including performance attribution of an open-end net lease real estate fund
Assisting with portfolio monitoring, cash flow modeling, and capital account maintenance
Contributing to the preparation of quarterly and annual fund financial projections and investor reports
Collaborating with finance, legal, acquisition, and asset management teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Assisting with investor relations activities, including responding to due diligence questionnaires and preparing presentation materials
Participating in the quarterly valuation appraisal process and data room updates
Supporting fundraising efforts and tracking investor engagement
Performing ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A student who will be a rising senior in the summer of 2026, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Real Estate or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple priorities
Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Interest in investment management, fund operations, and the Real Estate industry
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Prior experience or coursework in financial analysis, fund operations, or investor relations
