They are seeking an intern to support M&A initiatives, involving financial diligence, deal preparation, and transaction analysis, providing valuable exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Support active and prospective M&A transactions through financial diligence and deal preparation
Build and analyze financial models, valuation analyses, and supporting diligence materials
Review financial statements, forecasts, and transaction data to identify risks and opportunities
Prepare deal presentations and materials for internal leadership, board reviews, bankers, and shareholders
Participate in live deal discussions and contribute to transaction-related decision making
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Finance or Business with investment banking focus)
